Shipping Policy

We provide shipping and delivery of our products all over India subject to the recent logistical restrictions imposed by the govt. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery:

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.

We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

For Custom Incense products, due to their made-to-order nature, we may need 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actuals would be additional.

Incorrect Shipping Information: 

You are required to provide proper and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Once the products are shipped or out for delivery., you shall not change, modify, edit or vary the Shipping address.

 In such case of incorrect shipping information, the product will be returned to us by delivering partner/courier service and on our decision, coupon code or store credit will be provided to you. 

Though we regret such inconvenience, we shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay or for any claim due to an incorrect shipping information provided by you at the time of placing of Order.
